A lockdown love story

Well aren't these just the most beautiful pictures you ever did see? Taken by one of our fav, Artisan X at Vishal & Primal's lovely lockdown wedding, we just adore the dramatic imagery from their couple's shoot at the picturesque beauty spot, Bradgate Park. Photographer Chris tells us about the day; “Vishal & Primal approached me after finding me online, and instantly I connected with them as they had a real Covid sob story. Unfortunately, they`d been forced to cancel their wedding day twice due to restrictions, and just really wanted to get married!"

Chris continues…

“They had booked the ceremony at Glenfield county hall in Leicester for Saturday 23rd December, and the thing that we really connected over was their love of the local beauty spot, Bradgate Park.

The couple had great memories there, so after the ceremony we shot over to the park to create some amazing portraits. On this December day, the sun just blazed down which felt really special as if there was any couple that deserved a break it was this couple.

I really enjoy creating beautiful portraits for my couples, as most people are understandably nervous about posing and hate traditional wedding photography. I believe that wedding portraits when created authentically can be timeless. And this shoot delivered a brilliant couple, beautiful backgrounds and some stunning weather.”
