Introduction

What a little corker this is! The lovely Emma of Tchin Tchin, (who offer a mobile bar service) teamed up with a handful of likeminded and talented wedding creatives to present you this collaboration. We see so many AMAZING styled photoshoots that raise the bar but sadly, they can sometimes be unrealistic for some couples to recreate or use as inspiration due to the complexity and affordability. What we love about this collaboration is that it is so achievable for so many no matter the colour scheme or theme. The contrasting green napkins that add a simple but effective pop of colour, the rich wild florals and the elegant charger plates that frame the stationery work perfectly in hand with one another to create style. We just love it!

Here’s Emma to tell us all about it…

How would you sum up the inspiration behind this submission in one paragraph? My aim was to create a rich autumn pallet that carried style and impact that could be used all year round if desired.

Tell us about the theme of submission? The variations of deep purple give real depth of colour and are a welcome change from the usual burnt orange and brown we see this time of year. Teamed with the hunter green, these colours are perfect for both indoor and outdoor as highlighted in the final images. The aim was to create a setting suitable for a black tie event, with classic style. Featuring antique furniture, the subtle use of gold and increasingly popular elegant statement bridal gowns these really help to achieve this.

Tell us about the venue? Hodroyd Hall is a grade 2 listed Georgian manor house. Set on the border of Wakefield and Barnsley in a small Hamlet of Felkirk.
