Basically, in a nutshell, one of our lucky brides who attended the Wedding Event with a Difference on 22nd April won £1,000 worth of wedding bands courtesy of the amazing jewellers over at Temprell. Each visitor to the event was entered into the prize draw ....
And the winner is ..... Drum roll please!!!

It cannot be denied that Osmaston Park in Ashbourne is one of the most beautiful wedding venues that Derbyshire has to offer. The generous marquee is situated on the site of the former mansion house that most unfortunately had to be demolished in 1965. Nevertheless the marquee still over looks the 300 acre Okeover estate which is just perfect for wedding photos!
With that in mind, Derbyshire Wedding Fayres is now very proud to be able to organise an amazing Wedding Fayre at this venue on 1st April 2012. Unlike most of these events, Derbyshire Wedding Fayres works very hard to find a wide range of suppliers and limits each category to no more than 4 of each. “When we were researching wedding fayres, we found that there are often only 15 suppliers and at least 5 of those are photographers, there are often no cake makers or florists, never mind bridal shops or menswear! We wanted to make sure our fayre was worthwhile attending so we now have roughly 50 suppliers attending including John Lewis, Virgin Holidays, jewellers, wedding planners, room dressers, DJs, musicians, photographers, an amazing magician, vintage china hire, bunting and crafts, cake makers, choclatiers, hair accessories, bridal shops, dress makers, menswear, wedding cars, beauty, hairdressers and florists.
HBA Photography are also offering a FREE photoshoot to one lucky couple from the day!
The fayre will run from 11am until 4pm, entry is free, there is plenty of parking and there will be glass of bubbly for each couple. So whether you have wedding date booked or you've just got engaged, put this event in your diary!!

When we heard that a new bridal film had been released from Crash Taylor's new venture, Taylor Winter Films, we were rather excited. Basically, we knew it was going to be good. However, the result was even better than we expected.
With a fabulous team of suppliers, including the award winning James White Hair and Dennisson Classic Cars, this film is slick, stylish and highly creative. Well, what would you expect with one of the UKs leading photographers, Crash Taylor in tow?
Here's what Crash had to say:
"Taking place at the beautiful Vicarage Boutique Hotel in Southwell, Nottinghamshire, I decided it would be a great idea to get all the best wedding suppliers and put their talents on film. I put my new company Taylor | Winter Films to work and together we created 4 minutes of something for future brides to look at and maybe give them some inspiration and ideas for their special day. For the suppliers and myself it’s a huge marketing tool. The internet is a massive advertising platform and within the first 5 days we had 700 views. I’m very proud of the film and want to thank everyone who was involved".
