The Wedding Event with a Difference

Excited, nervous, worried, anxious, stressed, butterflies, tired, lively, organised, unsure, happy, jubilant, exhausted … who knew you could have so many different feelings in just two days? Well, that’s exactly what happened to us at the Save the Date Wedding Event with a Difference last Sunday!

After months and months of planning (will it work, won’t it work), organisation and tireless marketing, the day was suddenly upon us and boy oh boy had we taken on a beast of an event. However, when 10.30am arrived and we had people queuing at the door, we were ready for whatever the day was going to throw at us …. and WOW, how pleased were we when 4pm arrived and the event has been a success! Phew. And, as a sneaky peek of what all the fuss is about, here are a few shots from the day, courtesy of the lovely Rachael Connerton. A slideshow to follow next week (plus video by the amazing Jumping Spider Films, yay!) but couldn’t resist posting just a few pics for anyone who couldn’t make the event.

Thank you to every exhibitor who attended and made the day so fab and a HUGE thank you to all the lovely brides and their friends and family who braved the winds and joined us for the day. Big heart to you all :-)

    We’ve said it many times, but we’re going to keep saying it many times, Wow what an event, you ladies were Super trupers, thanks for putting the excitement, chic, magic and great footfall to a Midlands wedding event.     One week on we have finally recovered from all the hard work, anticipation, nervousness and anxiety, we did it with your help! we put on our first catwalk show! You organised a fantastic event, it was buzzing, merticulously organised, lots of lovely brides and grooms, a real success. Well done girls. Jackie x
